Follow up on flight cancellation
I was talking to charlie a while ago. He facilatated my flight cancellation.
He said that he will send an email regarding my flight cancellation byt the line got cut off. Can anyone help me?

When I try to get my credit they act like I’m not a valuable customer and I fly at lease once a month round trip for last 2 years or more

Horrible experience
I purchased a ticket via Cheapair.com.
I had an emergency and needed to make a change they were very uncooperative and unwilling to bend. I would call their 800 number and It would tell you to email them for a quick response.
I send several emails. I finally got a response back that they couldnt help me and there was nothing they can do. I find it unacceptable.
Therefore, in my opinion Cheapair.com. SUCKS

My name is nesmy Delpe I booked a ticket with you from cap Haitian to Nassau Bahamas but you'll put me in a connecting flight to providenciales the duration of the lay over is 22 hours I will denied boarding because of the long lay over. My booking # is 7857**** I looking for a possible change otherwise I will obliged to let my lawyer help me with because I don't nothing about travel lay over that's why I booked the ticket if did know I will not booked it.
I'm open for any change date or aiport.
I see the same airline have flight January 13th from Port au prince to Nassau Bahamas with short lay over that's could try to arrange that for me if any arrangement can't do in this case I don't have no other choice than let's my lawyer help me in this case. My phone contact is: +124* *******

I have been waiting since March for a refund cancelled in March 2023 by the airline. CheapAir customer service has been disconnecting my call EVERY time I call.
I have also written several emails like was recommended to me to do.
No response. I would appreciate some help.

I called to change my Itenerary no answer from custome service r .I continuously email no response called since 5am.The online system would not allow me to change flight status said I had to go through booking.No response at all poor customer service
