Charges on my credit card
I booked my airline flight with you and I find two different charges on my credit card and I dont know what both of them are for
I bought flight insurance through them which they did not honor when I had to cancel due to an emergency
They would not even negotiate and said it was the fault of the airline although CheapAir pocketed the money.

Over charged for everything
Nothing. I tried to get a refund and they said it was for taxes, etc.
Ill never use them again! Total rip off!

I bought an airfare from cheap air I thought I had a ticket that was valid. Apparently not I went to the Breezes Air counter had no record of my reservation. I could not board my flight becauticket.
Terrible had to re book my flt with breezes they had no record of my flight from Cheap Air . Couldn't fly out had to pay double the next day for a ticket.

Somethings are beyond their control
- - Had to change my flight and paid too much.
- - Other options were cheaper elsewhere.
- - They should offer more flexible flight changes.
Had to change my flight, but I think I paid too much I would think, even though the price of lot cheaper and somewhere else they should be more flexible with changing flights I Don so you would get a lot more customers because people talk amongst themselves and the best advertising is the word of mouth between friends and family members

My ex-husband has been a CheapAir customer since 2013. I need his account records (flights, payment methods, etc).
My divorce attorney has been attempting to have a subpoena served since September 2023. My attorney's process server just sent the following msg, "...We are getting nowhere with them. The location will not return our calls or respond to emails that we have sent.
We are currently at an impasse." Not being able to serve a valid subpoena on a confirmed customer in an active divorce case is seems illegal. Please advise
