Our flights were cancelled and they required us to pay $75 each to get our $367 back. That is called robbery. We paid Cheapair directly to book a flight with Spirit and because the flight was booked with their credit card Spirit would only credit their card

To receive a refund on a Spirit Flight that was cancelled
They refused to give us a full refund for the cancelled flight for my wife and I. They wanted to charge us $75 for each flight or $150 to get remaining amount.
Cost was $367.
The is robbery. We ended up having to pay for airport hotel, meals and flights on another airline next day to get home costing us over $900 more.

To see if I could cancel my flight booking as I thought as it was less than 24 hours it would be possibleAbsolutely no chance not impressed
It was diabolical as I tried to explain that I dont believe their website is easy to Navigate especially for a 74 year old pensioner
Trying to contact is near on impossible not one of their phone numbers can be reached from Australia

It is not very friendly. Theres no way you can make a phone call straight to you guys. and whatever happened to just a straight dialing in Easton talking to the customers chairs and thats whats the problem

My flight from Boston to Orlando was changed we were supposed to leave out of Boston at 9:44 an tomorrow and land in Orlando at 12:57 I am meeting my 8 month pregnant daughter and her 2 year old with the car seat and the carriage. My flight is canceled
I was at DFW and I was told to check-in my carry-on. I said ok, tried using my apple pay, the person at told they cannot take apple pay.
I did not have no other means to pay. And the flight left . Frontier airline from Dallas to Denver to Charlotte, nc 7/31/23. And now I'm stuck in Texas because I have no money to purchase another ticket to Charlotte, NC.
